Manchester City Council have commissioned PFA to conduct a needs study and housing and support for the 21 client groups identified within the Supporting People programme. This is to allow them to understand the current gap between needs and supply for the client groups and to have projections of need over 5 and 10 years.

 

Key elements of the work include an assessment of the current information on needs, an analysis of service user needs, an analysis of the supply, and a “Gap” analysis based on the findings.

The work will include 3 separate surveys and service user and stakeholder workshops.
