Having already completed an Older People’s Accommodation Strategy, Wiltshire County Council has now commissioned PFA to undertake an Accommodation Strategy for people under 65 with physical impairments. This includes a review of existing accommodation and to explore opportunities that exist within current and planned housing stock to develop services to meet identified needs.
The work will also include a literature search to explore models of good practice taking account of the Council’s commissioning strategy and intentions that identifies service requirements.
