• We provide project management capacity to take forward strategies into implementation, for example implementing Bolton’s extra care housing strategy
• We have supported the successful preparation of competitive funding bids by local authorities to central government, in some cases co-ordinating the preparation of the bid. Examples include:

  • Bids to DH for the Extra Care Capital Fund for Oldham, Richmond, Bolton and Derby
• We project manage commissioning of new schemes and services, for example a Tees Valley Housing’s extra care housing scheme
