We develop strategies for partnerships, local authorities and health, and provider organisations:
- Whole system ‘quality of life’ strategies that cover all aspects of people’s lives – PFA TOOLS: we have developed an older people’s strategy outcomes framework, which we have evolved from ‘Every Child Matters’, the government framework for children
- Whole system housing market, health, care and support strategies
- Strategies that focus on specialist housing, care and support
Local examples
- We have worked with a number of authorities, for example Lancashire, South Ribble and Newcastle to develop overall whole systems strategies for older people and an ageing population
- We developed 5 Year Supporting People strategies for a number of authorities, for example Middlesbrough, Hounslow and Walsall
- We have developed over 10 Older People’s Housing, Care and Support Strategies for both unitary and two tier authorities, for example North Tyneside, Hounslow and Cheshire
- We have prepared Homelessness Strategies for example Derwentside and Liverpool
- We have developed Learning disability Housing Strategies Learning Disability Partnership Boards, for example Liverpool
- Connected Care in Hartlepool
- A growing number of housing associations (registered social landlords) have asked us to develop Older people’s housing strategies, for example the Places for People Group, and Heart of England Housing Group
